1. Engagement Model
Our engagement model is engineered for clarity, direct access, and total ownership transfer from day one. Scope, timelines, and deliverables for each engagement are defined in a written statement of work agreed by both parties.
2. 100% Source Code & Infrastructure Handover
Unlike generic agency models that construct proprietary lock-ins, CigmaLabs provisions client-owned cloud projects, automated CI/CD keys, and comprehensive architectural documentation.
3. Service Level Invariants
All production deployments are governed by explicit latency, throughput, and error-budget SLOs tailored during the Discover and Design sprint phases.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect the other's confidential information. We sign bilateral enterprise NDAs prior to in-depth codebase or architecture audits.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, intellectual property created specifically for you under an engagement is transferred to you upon payment. We retain rights to pre-existing tools and general know-how.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, CigmaLabs' liability arising from an engagement is limited as set out in the applicable statement of work. This website is provided for general information and does not constitute an offer.
